PRE AND POST NATAL

Is it right for me?

This class is suitable for both mothers-to-be and new mums.

​

All exercises that are performed will be safe for both mother and baby. The classes will be varied and less intense than our standard classes and are taught by a qualified pre and post-natal instructor.

​

The primary focus for our pre and post-natal classes is to strengthen the core muscles and engage the pelvic floor muscles which are impacted the most during pregnancy. 

​

We will also focus on breath work which is beneficial during labour but also will leave you feeling calm and re-energised.

​

Non-mobile babies are welcome to these classes and we have baby rockers and playmats available to help keep them entertained.
