Each workout is tailored to your own needs and goals.

Is this for me?

If you are new to Refomer Pilates you may want to consider a 1-2-1 session before joining a group class; so that you have more time to navigate yourself around the refomer. 

Suffering from an injury can be difficult; by having 121 personal training sessions, we can assess your full range of movement and offer different variations to the exercises to suit your needs. 

Do you have a goal in mind? Our expert pilates instructors will create a lesson plan unique to you; perfecting your technique so that you make progress quicker towards your goals. 

We understand childcare can be difficult, you are welcome to bring children along with you to a private lesson. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring them with you. 

These sessions are 45 minutes long
