Our Class types
INTERMEDIATE
Ready to take your Pilates practice to the next level? Our Intermediate Reformer class is designed for those with a solid foundation in Reformer Pilates who want to build strength, control, and confidence in more dynamic movements.

Expect more complex sequences, quicker transitions, and greater challenges in balance, coordination, and resistance all while staying grounded in mindful, purposeful movement.


DYNAMIC
Still incorporating the principles of Pilates, these classes are more dynamic with one exercise flowing into the next.

Expect the heart rate to be elevated, the flow to the faster with the use of dumbells and resistance bands.
​
Each class is unique and the instructor can offer you modifications, allowing you to work at your own pace.
REFORMER STRONG
A strength-focused Reformer class designed to build power, endurance, and tone. Using heavier springs, resistance training, and optional weights, this class challenges your muscles in a slower, more controlled way perfect for those looking to feel stronger and more sculpted.

Best suited to clients with previous Reformer experience.

JUMP BOARD
Jump board is a board that sits on the end of the Reformer, which allows you to jump whilst lying down.
​
The Jump board routine involves kicking, jumping, pressing, lifting and rotating movements; expect a challenge and to feel the burn!
​
We also offer a "cardio mix" class using a Jump board. This is a HIT class - not for the faint-hearted! We recommend you attend a Jumpboard class prior to attending the "cardio mix".
