DYNAMIC
Still incorporating the principles of pilates, these classes are more dynamic with one exercise flowing into the next.
Expect the heart rate to be elevated, the flow to the faster with the use of dumbells and resistance bands.
Each class is unique and the instructor can offer you modifications, allowing you to work at your own pace.
BURN AND PULSE
Experience the ultimate blend of intensity and precision in our Burn and Pulse class. This dynamic workout seamlessly combines high-energy burn sequences with precise, pulse-based movements on the reformer. Enhance your strength, flexibility, and balance in a class that challenges your entire body.
REFORMER FOR MIXED ABILITIES
In our mixed-abilities reformer class, everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level or experience. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your fitness journey, this class is designed to accommodate all participants, offering modifications and progressions to meet individual needs.
JUMP BOARD
Jump board is a board that sits on the end of the Reformer, which allows you to jump whilst lying down.
The Jump board routine involves kicking, jumping, pressing, lifting and rotating movements; expect a challenge and to feel the burn!
We also offer a "cardio mix" class using a Jump board. This is a HIT class - not for the faint-hearted! We recommend you attend a Jumpboard class prior to attending the "cardio mix".
